WHAT CAUSES ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH TO DECLINE?
In our experience, we see two causes that negatively influence the health of an organization's culture.
One reason is stagnation. Organizations, like people, can get stuck in a rut. These ruts quickly lead to a decline in organizational health.
A second reason is rapid growth. Rapid growth is exciting and encouraging, but it can also have some adverse side effects if not addressed. A fast-growing organization that doesn't effectively maintain their healthy culture will quickly find themselves fragmented and lacking unity.
WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH, AND WHY THIS METHOD?
The primary method we use for improving organizational health is by training and developing an organization's leaders.
If an organization's leaders are not growing and developing, it impacts everyone. At all levels in an organization, excellent leaders are the key to a healthy and engaging culture.
Leadership development is one of the most effective ways to improve or maintain employee engagement and protect and grow your organization's culture. If an organization's culture is strong and healthy, the wind is at your back, growth is sustainable, employee engagement increases, and you become the place people in your town want to work.

We have developed a customized training curriculum for leaders.
We guide leaders through a simple framework that helps them gain the skills and character qualities they need to lead with excellence.

We want to give the client as much control and autonomy over this process as possible. Clients “order” the training and the delivery method they want based on what they believe will be most helpful to their organization.
No retainer agreements. No long-term contracts.
WHO PERFORMS THE TEACHING?
Typically, our founder, Adam Tarnow, does the teaching.
We do have a team of trusted partners that we occasionally ask to help.
