What does Gen Z want from its leaders?
Updated: Jun 14
Sorry, Millennials. You aren't new kids on the block. It's going to feel a little weird, but I think you'll enjoy sitting at the adult table during Thanksgiving. There are four generations in the workforce. Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials, and Gen Z (sometimes called the iGeneration). So far, everyone seems to be getting along just fine. But that could change at any moment. A new generation in the workplace presents leaders with new challenges. What does Gen Z want from its leaders? That's the question I try to answer this week on the Here's What I'm Seeing. Will McIlroy joins me in the studio. Will is an expert on Gen Z. Why? Because he's a card-carrying member! Will is 22 years old. You're going to love Will. His insight will surprise and help anyone responsible for leading and developing this next generation; just don't expect him ever to send you a letter or write you a check. I promise he'll struggle if you want him to do that. Check it out below.
